How much storage does Mycelium need?
The base model is ~1GB. Each LoRA adapter is 10-50MB. A typical installation with several adapters uses about 1.5GB total.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the base model and adapters are downloaded, everything runs locally. You only need internet to discover and download new adapters.
Why are responses slow on older devices?
AI inference runs on your phone's GPU. Newer devices with more GPU cores generate responses faster. iPhone 12 and later are recommended.
Can I delete my data?
All data is stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes everything — conversations, adapters, and your identity. There is nothing stored on any server to delete.
How do I report a bad adapter?
Email safety@getspore.xyz with the adapter name and description of the issue. We review all reports within 24 hours and remove offending adapters from the network.
Which devices are supported?
Mycelium requires iOS 17 or later. iPhone 12 and newer recommended for best performance. Android version coming soon.
Is my data sent to any server?
No. All AI processing happens on your device. Your conversations never leave your phone. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The model download failed. What do I do?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection and at least 2GB of free storage. The download will resume where it left off if interrupted. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the app.
